We have room, dorm, and camper availability on-site. This can be purchased as an add-on to your registration via the registration link below. Not sure what to expect when staying overnight on the campground? Check out our FAQ section below!

We have secured a room block at the DoubleTree Hotel in Bloomington for a discounted rate. You can call the hotel to book a room via phone or book one directly online HERE. Be sure to reserve your room early - the hotel block always fills up quickly!

The Men’s Conference Shooting Range will be open Friday from 2:00–approximately 5:30 PM. Participants may bring shotguns for skeet shooting and handguns or .22 rifles for fixed-target shooting. High calibre rifles, AR rifles, and other firearm types are not permitted. Automatic or rapid-fire-style firearms are also prohibited.

Men who wish to shoot must bring their own firearms, ammunition, eye protection, and ear protection. Illinois Men’s Ministries will provide the targets and skeet, but firearms and ammunition will not be provided.

For everyone’s safety:

  • Firearms must remain unloaded with the action open until the shooter is at the target and ready to shoot.

  • Do not load your firearm at your vehicle or anywhere else on the campground.

  • Before leaving the target area, all unused ammunition must be removed and the firearm left unloaded.

  • Always keep firearms pointed in a safe direction and downrange while at the target.

  • Shooters ages 15–16 must have their father or mentor with them while shooting.

  • All firearms must be properly secured by their owner when not in use on the campground.

  • Several Range Masters will be present to help keep the range safe. Their instructions must be followed at all times. Please be cooperative with them and check in your firearm or other equipment with a Range Master when asked to do so.

MEN’S CONFERENCE FAQs

  • If you select to stay in an OP Room, you will need to bring your own bedding and towels.

    OP Rooms include one Queen-sized bed, a set of twin bunkbeds, and a private bathroom/shower.

  • If you select to stay in a Unit Room, you will need to bring your own bedding and towels.

    Unit Rooms include four twin-sized beds. A community bathroom/shower facility is available at the end of the building.

  • If you select to stay in the dorm overnight, you will need to bring your own bedding and towels.

    The dorm has an open floor plan consisting of twin-sized beds. A community bathroom/shower facility is available on each floor.

  • Dress for all services and sessions is business casual.

  • IL District Men's Conference is for men 17 years of age and older. Young men who are 15 or 16 are welcome to attend with a father or mentor. Children under 15 are not permitted.

  • Early Registration ends on Sunday, August 23rd at Midnight! Registration pricing increases on Monday, August 24th.

  • An event registration is refundable until 7 days prior to the event and transferrable until 24 hours before the event.
